On April 9th, 2012 I ordered a replacement power supply for an HP xw4600T Workstation using this reference from ATXPowersupplies.com
Said power supply arrived on April 13th. It is the wrong power supply. The dimensions are way off. The holes do not line up. It is rated at 400 watts instead of 475.
Note: Original power supply is a Delta DPS-475CB A. Only ones available under that brand name are used
This company has now replied with a link to their "no exceptions" shipping policy which states that they will not refund shipping either way.
In addition they will charge a 20% restocking charge! And THEY SENT THE WRONG POWER SUPPLY!
